Plantation 3 Stars White Rum

Not sure how I feel about it, price was right ☺️

Very green. Lots of banana!

Sipping neat. Nose is sweet with sugar cane, tropical fruits, banana, phenols, hints of vanilla and oak. Moderately intense taste is true to nose plus some bitter citrus, floral, and a hint of tobacco. Semisweet finish (for a rum) with some fruit, light molasses and funk Nicely balanced and complex. Sippable, but shines in cocktails by adding some complexity. One of the better white rums that I've tried and at a reasonable price

Strong ethanol nose, but sweet flavor with nice aftertaste.
