Not really a sipper but a splash of coke makes a nice simple cocktail

Spicy, slightly sweet, somewhat strong sensation yet smooth

Smooth and sweet. Extremely easy to drink. The taste is not what one would expect from the nose, which can be a like rubbing alcohol. Something I've come to expect from Bajan rum. Initially sweet and wood notes come through and after that I got subtle hints of roast coffee, leather and caramel. If you like Doorley's 12 year old, you'll love this. Very nice neat and with a mixer. A real all-rounder.
