Plantation O.F.T.D. Overproof Rum

Firewater. Burns on the way in and lingers with a nice sweetness.

Had some of this neat and in a cocktail. Definitely preferred drinking it neat, that’s just me. But got a lot of great flavor out of this. Lots of banana mostly. It’s also a really sweet tasting rum. Definitely some spice on the finish which helps round out how sweet this tastes. Definitely a solid sipper or mix. Coming from a bourbon guy, I really enjoyed this for a rum.

Interesting , but probably wouldn't get again. Waitress raved about it. Very little navy strength burn, but you notice the proof. Molasses after. Fun to try
