Reviewed March 17, 2017 (edited April 20, 2017)Well balanced, with all ingredients in harmony; juniper, citrus, gentle herbs, brine, oily, soft and smooth. Quite nice in a 4:1 martini using Dolin Dry, a dash of celery bitters, garnished with olives.
