Tasting Notes

"The aroma delivers an interesting balance of mineral notes, fresh hay, dried fruit with a hit of black pepper and dill. On the palate the rum enters with a strong hit of alcohol that quickly relents with sweet grass and tangy citrus dancing across the mid-palate. A brief hint of the apricot from the aroma joins as a mineral base comes into play. These flavors unite for a bittersweet finish."
