Rabbit Hole Boxergrail Kentucky Straight Rye

On the nose: Almost Vegetal, with a hint of nuttiness On the palate: Like a sour candy! This one is sweet, but not overly so, and packed with flavor Finish: decently long Overall: A strong outing from Rabbit Hole, i would reccomend this to anybody who likes a lighter feeling whiskey

Flaviar advent calendar day #23 Nose: spice, Brown sugar, herbal and floral elements. Pistachio and a bit of oak. Palate: spicy, rye bread, caramel sweetness, chai spice. Strong oak, a bit of honey and a mild earthiness. Peppery. A hint of malt. Herbal/floral elements that are light. Finish: short, oaky tannin with honey.

Not spicy, nothing special

Really good and interesting rye. The barley really adds some earthiness and growth I honestly didn't know a rye could have.

Not a fan of rye, but I dont think this stands up to other ryes in the market.
