Trying this one in a cigar bar so I can’t get a true nose but I did get berry notes that came through dispute the tobacco in the air. The taste was like a berry molasses. Very intriguing sip and tempted to buy a bottle for home if it’s under $60
Strong maple aroma, with a bit of caramel. Woody, a bit fruity, some spiciness, a nice vanilla/caramel/maple/banana finish, a lingering sweetness on the aftertaste.
Oak and wildflower on the nose.
A little bite on the front with honey like influence. Light flavor, lingers a bit but fades clean. A hint of vanilla on backside. Heat lingers a bit. To be noted, tasting done neat in Glencairn. I don’t normally go for ice but other reviewers call out fig and baked apple so I’ll try again that way.
