Ransom Old Tom Gin

Such a great barrel aged gin. Sweet and lightly oaked, juniper and spices hold forth, with a little citrus beneath. Beautiful color and rich mouthfeel. Transforms a Tom Collins into something worth drinking. Try it in a French 75 for something brand new. Excellent, one of my favorites.

Cardemom = bomb...I don't usually drink gin... so i can't explain it at all other than it was sweet and it's delicious. I'm more whiskey/scotch in my selections but this is something if also keep stocked for regular drinking. I can drink this neat at room temp any day.
