Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight Bourbon (Discontinued)

Honestly? I’m getting a ton of scotch notes. A lot of hay and apple. It definitely drinks above its proof. But relatively uninspiring with more fruity notes than you would expect from the style. Touch of oak in the short finish. It’s fine

N - banana, molasses P - thin mouthfeel, alcohol, not much else F- lingering finish, leathery and sour I’d say a mixer at best
