Redbreast 12 Year Cask Strength

Tasting neat: Nose of heat and toffee. Palate brings sweet bread, cherry, and wood spice. Finishes with medium heat an oakey bite.

Nose: Dark fruits, vanilla, honey & spice Palate: Creamy, spice, rich, sweet fruits & bread-like Finish: Medium length, pepper spice, malt goodness & more fruits This is Irish Whiskey with all flavors dialled-up. Amazing dram!

Nose: It may take a while to open up in your glass but once it has you can quickly pull out the 12 year barrel it’s almost as if you stuck your head right into the cask. Deep red and blue berries with cream comes after the oak. Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries form a medley like they they were sugared and put onto pancakes with the buttery Irish note that comes through. Taste: A bit of oak and berry come through at first touch then overwhelming spice to push all the way into the finish and the finish never leaves even minutes later the spice still lingers.
