Reviewed March 17, 2023 (edited October 15, 2023)Nose: hay, cedar, rose petals, citrus, spearmint, apple Mouth: black pepper, fig, almond, touch citrus and vanilla Finish: pear, macadamia, and oak. The long finish has some spicy elements to it Surprisingly easy to drink neat given that is 116 proof. Adding a few drops of water brings out a pleasant earthiness. Excellent Irish whiskey -
