Ron Zacapa 23 Sistema Solera Rum

Brown sugar, toffee, milk chocolate, cocoa, oak.

Outstanding. Sweet up front with lots of vanilla. Very well balanced.

Sweet molasses notes, a little bright at beginning but as it warms in the glass, the sweetness of honey shines with a long finish

Single large ice cube. The warmth and syrupy sweetness are cut significantly, but there is enough character to stand up to ice. The spice is dimmed, but the burnt caramel, and toasted wood notes remain. While I most often enjoy spirits neat, this rum stands up to ice, and offers a different experience from straight.

Very sweet and caramel flavor, a bit burnt flavor. Very particular but not bad though
