Tequila MixtoDistilled from at least 51% blue Weber agave, the remaining 49% can be other sugars (usually sugarcane or corn syrup). Gold is not aged; caramel coloring provides color. Blanco is not usually barrel aged, but can be up to 30 days. Reposado is aged at least 2 months. Añejo is aged at least one year. Extra Añejo is aged at least 3 years.

"Big alcohol burn on the nose with light vanilla, pepper, petrol and the slightest hint of agave. On the palate, this is surprisingly sweet, with vanilla, caramel and agave with a big peppery punch. To finish, more pepper and a hint of bitter herbs with a touch of minerality before disappearing."
