This South Carolina distillery keeps things local by using soft red winter wheat grown nearby for this single cask whiskey.

Tasting Notes

"Strong cinnamon and birch on the nose of what is clearly a youthful and lively spirit. On the palate is more of the same, but much more. There's cinnamon spices reminiscent of fireball candy along with some tasty birch soda flavors. The finish is long with lots more heat and spice. A creative bartender would have a field day with this whiskey. "
