Grain forward nose, corn Palette: sweet corn and chicory, raisin, caramel, spicy funish. Nutty.

Sweet vanilla on the front palette, oak and spice on the back palette and finish

This bourbon has an unassumingly sweet nose of maple syrup and a little bit of oak. It has a spicy-sweet foretaste with a bit of tangerine, a bit of cherry, and lots of vanilla; a nice warming backbite. Its neither too aggressive nor too complex. Worth a try if you like sweet bourbons!

A nice loud bourbon that has a good base and look forward to this being aged a few more years as the young distillery matures
