t1 Tequila Blanco Selecto

A crisp, Agave Spirit by NOM 1146 in Vista Hermosa, Micohoacán, Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico. It is crafted from Blue Weber agave & deep well water cooked in an autoclave; fermentation without fibers in stainless steel tanks; double distilled in Copper Pot & rested in stainless steel before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, citrus, herbs, spices & earth; while a complex life adds notes of cooked yams, agave, mint & olive; that leads to a balanced death of medium length with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, pepper & sea spray.
