Teeling Single Pot Still

This is so interesting. Feels very smooth and the flavor is complex. Cinnamon apples start you off before it finishes almonds and toffee. Definitely going to keep this on hand.

Disgusting. Tastes like glen garioch and auchentoshan. Like vomit.

Clean and Complex. Opens up with a small ice cube. Very nice

Spicy up front, butterscotch finish

Smooth on the nose. Hints of caramel and spices. A very pungent after taste that is unexpected and quite licorice tasting. Many other Irish whiskeys kick first then settle this is the other way around. I’m not a huge fan especially for $60 (Costco). A readbreast 12 will do much more nicely. 3.8/5 would not suggest in most cases

Metallic on the nose and palate. As single pot stills go not the best. Teeling excel in other areas but this bottle is not one of them
