Tasting Notes
"The aroma of this rum is heavy on tropical notes of banana and pineapple, with a touch of peppery spice. On the palate, it's mildly viscous and exhibits slight white sugar and mineral flavors with notes of lemon zest. Though there's a slight lingering bitter aftertaste, this rum would likely work nicely in cocktails, particularly those heavy on citrus."
