Komos Anejo Cristalino is a very unique tequila. Aged for 12 months in French oak white wine barrels and aerated in greek amphorae this tequila delivers an extremely smooth and complex flavor profile. On the nose we recognize roasted pineapple, roasted agave, flashes of oak, and fruity components from the white wine. On the palate we distinguish a very buttery mouthfeel, roasted agaves, flashes of dried grapes, hints of jalapeño, with a dry mineral finish from the charcoal filtration.

Nose: Briney, roasted agave, white pepper Taste: salty, loads of minerality Overall: taste great, very unique. A nice change from all of the sweet tequilas that are out.
