Tasting Notes

"Pull the top off, pour, and get a big whiff of homemade raspberry tea. There isn’t much under this aroma besides some ethanol and light vanilla. The palate is more akin to commercial fruit teas, artificial raspberry, berry punch, with a fairly tart finish. Don’t let this sit around too long as the alcohol becomes more assertive and the sweetness more clawing over time. Pour over ice to keep it together."
