Slightly tart, pretty smooth, semi-oily mouthfeel. Complex tastes as you continue to sip

A little sweet, oily, bright, smooth

Very drinkable. Pretty smooth, a little spicy at the start and then evens out to an oily mouth-feel that become more complex. It starts sweet and goes tart and a little sour. Second tasting 10/27: I didn’t get the tart and sour. It finished and was gone without lingering.

Oily, tart. Doesn't taste that sweet to me. Spicy, complex.
