The noise is sweet with vanilla, a hint of cinnamon, pepper and very lite wood. Fist taste impression was also sweet with a mild bite, and a maple, vanilla flavor with a noticeable rye accent. There is a burn but it seems to balance with the sweet noise. It thins out quickly and the sweet hangs as the burn fades.
This is an OK whiskey, noting really jumps out at you. It isn't complex at all. It's over shadowed by sweetness. This could be a good fist time, or lite whisky drinkers choice.
