Tomatin 12 Year Bourbon & Sherry Casks

Not very exciting. Buttery, apples, vanilla, and grassy. Not a long finish. Water brings a slight oily texture with a medium finish. Best for a mixed drink. Not my favorite, however, it's super easy going.

Very restrained nose. Pencil shavings, unripe banana, freshly mowed lawn. The palette is dry and tart with grapefruit, pineapple and mango. A medium finish with celery and a hint of sweet ginger.
