Sherry nose, palate a little rough. Haven't tried with water yet.

Total Score : 3.38 [Eng] [Nose] - Little bit of alcohol buzz. (Probably stronger right after opening) - Dried fruit - Definite caramel and vanilla bourbon flavors. - Sherry, but not sticky, with a slightly bitter finish. (I think it's the oiliness of the nuts) [Pallete] - Oily - Light. - Spicy. - Woody and fruity [Finish] - Spicy, fiery persimmon lingers long in the throat. - Woody, oaky flavor. - Matte savory flavor. - Hot heat and spicy flavor lingering on the tongue. [Kor] [Nose] - 알코올 부즈 조금 있음. (오픈 직후엔 좀 강했을 것 같음) - 건과일 - 존재감이 확실한 캐러멜과 바닐라 버번향. - 쉐리인데 끈적하진 않고 살짝 비릿하면서 느끼한 감이 있음. (느끼한건 견과류의 기름 느낌인 것 같음) [Pallete] - 오일리 - 라이트함. - 매콤함 있음. - 우디하면서 프루티 [Finish] - 매콤하고 화끈한 감이 목 넘어까지 오래 감. - 우디한 오크향. - 매트한 고소함. - 뜨끈한 열감과 혀에 남는 매콤함은 오래감.

Oaky sweetness on the nose. On palate very spicy, biscuity, black pepper. Pronounced taste of pure alcohol. Medium long finish

The oak stands out.
