Quite mellow and smooth

Evokes: Walking though a cedar forest in the autumn with a thermos of hot water and honey. As described, a beautiful, gentle dram, with honey, oak, and a slight cutesy finish.

Gentle from the name is accurate. I get honey, butter, and some light spice.

Bitter and spicy. There is a strange acidity at the end.

Smooth to start. Rougher after taste
