Tumblin' Dice 4 Year Single Barrel Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon

Your milage may vary, barrel to barrel, but it's a great offering from an MGP sourced producer at a decent price. The high rye lends itself to a strong profile that taste a lot older than 4 years, with a great punch. You won't regret picking it up if you see one on the shelf. It's got its own uniqueness that helps separate it from the pack of new releases. Haven't had a chance to try a 6 yr release, but I'm sure the ageing will have added additional sweet notes that justify a price increase.

Apricots, apples caramel and honey are on the palate. Rye spice and more fruit on the finish. This is a 6 years, 1 month barrel pick by Bayway Liquors, Elizabeth, NJ.

Easy to drink, long finish

6yr aged bourbon that’s a great value for the price. I found cinnamon, dark chocolate, and nutmeg. As the liquid worked its way back, plum, cherry, and brown sugar. Finally, on the back, almond, and rye spice. The finish was all spice but it wasn't overwhelming. Liked it so much I went back for a second bottle to keep on the shelf for a special occasion.
