A rich, 4-Year-Old Añejo Tequila by Villa Lobos Distillery NOM 1139 in Jalisco,Mexico, made from Agave harvested by agaveros on the Camarena Family plantations in Los Altos; then aged in oak barrel for 4 years before spending at least 6 months resting in open steel tanks.
It has a rich birth with toffee, smoke, citrus, floral & vanilla notes; while a sweet & silky life adds notes of buttery toast, maple, agave, caramel & spice; that led to a long & balanced death with notes of caramel & oak. August / December 2018
