Weller Special Reserve Bourbon

Light, sweet, and loads of vanilla on the nose. Buttery, sugar cookie up front, with a dash of spice. A little burn on the back. Full but still fairly light. Good flavor but not tremendously deep or complex. Great for the price if you can find it.

Apple, honey, vanilla, light oak. Sweet profile with the corn and wheat. Slight alcohol bite on the back palate and lingers on the finish. Enjoyable.
