Tasting Notes
"The nose offers a pleasant aroma of lightly toasted grains and a little fruit (mild orange peel and cooked pears). On the palate the whiskey has a medium-light body and a mild sweet malt flavor. The flavors lean more grain-forward and sweet, but there's a mild/moderate amount of toasted oak and a just a hint of vanilla. The finish is tangy and bittersweet. Pretty straightforward with a solid flavor profile of malted barley. Should please those who tire from heavy wine finishes."
