Spicy mild aroma, light baking spices, cloves and nutmeg. Light sweet flavor, hard to place. Mostly vanilla sweetness, excellently balanced with richness and creaminess.

In my first tasting, I am reserving the right to change my score as I drink more of the bottle. The initial nose is sweet, and the initial taste is caramel and butterscotch but no big heat. After swallowing, a strong citrus/melon flavor comes in but leaves shortly. I will definitely reserve full judgement until I drink more of the bottle.

Butterscotch nose. Beautiful deep amber color with a touch of red. Thin slow legs. Butterscotch or caramel again on the palate, but the sweetness gives way quickly to savory bitter spice and heat. Sweetness comes back again to linger.

Super delicious! A desert sipping whiskey!
