Westward American Single Malt

Tried neat thanks @cmassey On the nares its very wheaty and herbal. Very earthy on the palate like im in portland sipping the rain… weirdddd. Maybw a touch of caramel

In short: Honey cereal. Bready, yeasty, herbal, nutty, malty, honey. Unique and savory. Love the fact its doing something different!

It's ok. A little spicy on the finish. I not really wowed by it though.

The long and low temperature fermentation gives the whiskey flavors and diversity. Rich and flavorful in taste. Oily and thick mouthfeel. Great whiskey.
