Nose: funky wood notes and some grainy rye notes maybe a dream of some sweetness Taste: Not as funky as the nose, however still not to the standard I would expect out of a pig product. It’s thin and not sweet at all with a slight barrel note. And some light fruit notes. Can’t taste any age at all. Not worth the 50 dollar price tag.

Heavy single note nose - butter. Some sugar, like the first step of making cookies. Taste is better - rye heat, some sweetness, spice on finish. Not bad, but I definitely prefer others at that price!
