Widow Jane Decadence 10 Year

Nose of honey, apple, oak, toasted vanilla, nuts. Palate rich and sweet, barrel spice, Red Hots, vanilla. Lengthy finish.

Nose is filled with cherry, vanilla, chocolate, pecan and hints of syrup. Notes from the nose translate to the front palate along with a touch of cinnamon. By mid-palate flavors evolve to a more nutty and peppery note. Finish is relatively short with a slight spicy bitterness.

Batch 11 2023 bottle 202 Nose: smoky syrup. Cedar or pine, vanilla Palette: syrup up front, some rye spice, vanilla, more syrup in the finish, cedar lingers as well.

Sweet, like a treat after dinner. 5 pm deliciousness.
