Wild Turkey Diamond Anniversary Bourbon

I waited a long time to open this bottle only to be disappointed

Fruity and aromatic real quick finish does not linger.

An incredibly balanced whiskey. Eddie Russell nailed it with this one. The whiskey has a nice oaky nose which continues into the palate. It drinks a bit hotter than 91 proof but I appreciate that extra spiciness and oakiness. The palate continues with barrel spices, oak and smoky vanilla. I got a ton of oak and vanilla as well on the finish.

Its perfect. Absolutely perfect.
