Reviewed December 4, 2017 (edited April 24, 2018)Deep caramel on the nose, with wood spice and vanilla. A hint of apples as well. The proof isn't apparent on nose, very smooth. Thick legs. On the palate, balanced acidity and sweetness. Lingering spice, coats the mouth and throat. Pecan shells, cinnamon. Great pour. 12/4/17 -

Reviewed December 3, 2017Sweet candy apples nose with cinnamon. Caramel on front with a smooth burn and lingering spice again cinnamon and clove at the tip of your tongue. Very consistent between sips. Wonderful! -

Reviewed November 29, 2017 (edited March 9, 2018)11/29/17 nose: sweet vanilla, a hint of molasses and sea salt profile: spicy on the front with a sweet finish. very peppery right off the bat. slightly floral with the sweet after taste. long finish, tingles the tongue. add water, super crazy baking spices.
