Writers' Tears Copper Pot

This has become my go to Irish whiskey. The nose reminds me of cedar...a sweet woody aroma. Like many Irish whiskeys, the flavor leans a little sweet, but has a wonderful balance. A little fruity, and the aging in ex-bourbon barrels brings all the vanilla and caramel notes you would expect. Highly recommended.

Cinnamon, nutmeg, orange, lemon

Nose is white wine and apple, vanilla, cookie. Very pale straw color. Very tiny bit of oak, spice. A bit of a thin mouth feel.
