Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon

Lots of chared oak on the nose coming through as rich spices: pepper and cardamom vanila and mint. The palate is tart like granny smith apples dipped in caramel sauce. The finish is moderate and reminds me of English Breakfast black tea. Adding some water brings out some more vanilla and caramel.

Golden straw in color, The legs emerge slowly and leave a nice thick sheet on the glass. It's a little green on the nose, light caramel, bulk grains and toast with a perfumey note Soft on the palate, its sweet and lightly fruity up front, followed by a nice sustained vanilla presence, then citrus peel, and a faint herbal note. A short - medium finish, it is delightfully drinkable. Its nothing super special, yet it stands out for drinkability!

Aroma - sweet vanilla, orange peel, charred wood, black pepper Palate - full body, oily, orangey, pepper, smoky, more bitter less sweet vanilla, very warm, feel the alcohol Finish - moderately long, mostly a warm burn, mouth coating, astringent, a touch more pepper at the end Not bad, a little rough for the proof but nice flavor profile. Will try slightly chilled or a small ice cube to mellow it out some. Reasonable for the price I paid, would’ve been disappointed had I paid full price

Green wood on the nose, and on the tongue. Grassy oak, super young tasting. The wood, not the bourbon itself. There is richness there that helps, but this usually isn't a flavor I go for. Fiery kinda sweet tail that's also nice. Just that one weird flavor.
