Chartreuse Yellow Liqueur

Had in Alba Fizz; pisco, yellow chartreuse, agave, lemon, egg white, cayenne, turmeric & Rahr's paletta de mango. Tart flavor with a touch of citrus. Lemon peel finish. @

Like green Chartreuse, but dialed back in herbal depth and alcohol heat. More floral and less earthy and bitter in the herbal-sweet-alcohol ratio. Lower ABV but sweet herbal complexity make this another must-have for classic cocktails calling for a lighter touch.
