Chartreuse Yellow Liqueur

A spirit that I love, but one that I'm too afraid to drink due to the scarcity of it in my state. Basically zero burn even though it's 86 proof, incredibly mellow on the palette. Notes of honey, anise, saffron, with a vegetal/herbal quality that tempers everything.
