Yellowstone American Single Malt

Round mouth-filling flavors and body, stands up well at the finish

Ok… I’m a Yellowstone fan and this is another to keep on the bar top! I find a hint of apricot which transitions to an oaky taste on the backside. Not as smooth as Virginia Distilling malt but love the complexity of this one.

Nose: nutty, malt Palate: orange juice, oak, white pepper Finish: short. White pepper and orange blossom With water no change. Different. A little hot.

Sweet honey and oak with hints of pear on the nose. The palate is medium bodied and smooth with sweetness of stone fruit and honey. There's spice, maybe oak, hints of cinnamon and something herbal. The finish is average with oak, honey, and spice.

Clear golden amber body faint legging. Sweet honey fruit spicy aroma. Spicy fruity honey flavor. Medium light body moderate warming. 7/3/7/4/15 3.6
