    Cellar Aged is a new limited edition Kentucky straight bourbon release from Maker's Mark. Its creation begins with fully-matured Maker's Mark aged in traditional bourbon warehouses. Then the barrels are moved to a limestone whisky cellar for a further 5-6 years of aging. Mature barrels are selected, blended and bottled at cask strength. For this 2023 release, the bottling is a marriage of 11-12 year-old bourbon whiskeys. This annual limited edition release will be available in select markets around the world. The US gets its allocation September 2023. Then London, Munich, and select global travel retailers follow in October 2023. Tokyo & Singapore get their allocations in early 2024. (SRP $150)

    Founder Trey Zoeller continues unique maturations in his Jefferson's Bourbon portfolio with this Tropics Aged in Humidity expression. Nine containers filled with a total of 720 fully-matured Kentucky straight bourbon barrels were shipped to Singapore via an ocean ship in July 2019. The barrels then spent 18 months in the hot, humid climate of Singapore before making a return trip to Kentucky in March 2023. Zoeller then evaluated, selected, and blended the bourbon bottling it at 52% ABV. Available in the US beginning September 2023. (SRP $99.99)

    Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond 10 Year is the eleventh nationwide release in the bottled in bond decanter series. Produced by Heaven Hill, Old Fitzgerald is a wheated bourbon brand. This bottled in bond version was distilled in one distillation season (January-June 2013). Aged for 10 years before bottling in spring 2023, this release bears a green label as other spring releases have done. As required, it is bottled at 100 proof. Available on an allocated basis nationwide as of August 2023. (SRP $139.99)

    Mary Dowling Whiskey Company (MDWC) makes its debut with two bourbon bottlings including this Toasted Double Oak Barrel Bourbon. Co-founded by Whiskey Maker Kaveh Zamanian, MDWC is named for an influential female distiller making bourbon prior to Prohibition. This Double Oak expression is a Kentucky straight wheated bourbon which was first aged in a heavily-toasted and charred (char #3) American oak barrel. Then it was transferred into a lightly toasted and charred (char#1) American oak barrel to finish its maturation. Available at select US retailers beginning August 2023. (SRP $130)

    Mary Dowling Whiskey Company (MDWC) makes its debut with two bourbon bottlings including this Tequila Barrel Finished Bourbon. Co-founded by Whiskey Maker Kaveh Zamanian, MDWC is named for an influential female distiller making bourbon prior to Prohibition. She shifted production to Juárez, Mexico during Prohibition which explains this release. Made with a high-malt double malt recipe, the Kentucky bourbon was aged for 4 years in new toasted and charred Kelvin Cooperage American oak. Then the bourbon finishes its maturation in American oak ex-tequila barrels. Available at select US retailers beginning August 2023. (SRP $75)

    This 2023 limited edition Twice Barreled Heritage Barrel Rye begins with fully matured Jack Daniel's Tennessee Straight Rye (mash bill: 70% rye, 18% corn, 12% malted barley). It was charcoal mellowed prior to maturation which was done in new, charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 5 years. Then the rye was placed into a secondary barrel which was heavily-toasted and lightly charred for an additional 2 years. These Heritage Barrels were crafted at the Jack Daniel Cooperage. Available in limited quantities nationwide as of August 2023. (SRP $75-700ml)

    Distilled in Indiana at Ross & Squibb Distillery, Rossville Union Bottled in Bond Straight Rye is made using a high malt mash bill (51% rye, 49% barley malt). This 2023 Release was distilled in March 2017 and it was allowed to age for a minimum of 6 years in new, charred oak barrels. The barrels used for this bottling were hand-selected by Master Distiller Ian Stirsman. It was bottled at 50% ABV in 700ml sized bottles. Only 3,000 6-pack cases were produced. Availability begins August 2023. (SRP $49.99)

    Harvest Sweet Mash Rye was made in collaboration with Indiana-based Hard Truth Distilling Co. and Mellencamp Whiskey Co. and is the first of four Sweet Mash Rye Whiskeys in a limited edition series. This bottling features a new mash bill from Hard Truth featuring 100% grains grown by the distiller's farmer partners all located in the state of Indiana. Each bottle in the series features artwork by singer-songwriter John Mellencamp. After a launch at the distillery on September 9, 2023 the whiskey will begin its rollout nationally at select retailers September through December 2023. (SRP $69.95)

    The Malted Barley Series from Wolves Whiskey is an American single malt whiskey collection which varies the barley type, the barley source, the yeast, and the maltings for each release. All are distilled by Master Distiller Marko Karakasevic who used a small alembic pot still from Cognac to distill. Lot Two was distilled and barreled in 2012 using imported Irish malt and a California Ale. After 11 years of maturation, it was bottled and painstakingly hand labeled in bespoke sheepskin labels dyed matte black. Only 335 6-pack cases were produced. Availability begins August 31, 2023 to select retailers and e-commerce partners. (SRP $305)

    Continuing to honor Douglas Laing & Co.'s home base, this second Glasgow Edition of The Epicurean finished its maturation in French ex-cuvée oak casks. This blended Lowland malt whisky was bottled at a cask strength of 50.4% ABV. Only 5,100 bottles available globally beginning August 2023. (SRP £55.00 / €64.00)

    1800 Cucumber & Jalapeño Tequila is a flavored tequila made with 100% Blue Weber Agave. Beginning with 1800 Blanco Tequila, it's then infused with ripe cucumber and jalapeño flavors. It's bottled at 70 proof and has 90 calories per serving. Available August 2023.
