This is my first Lowlander and I found it very enjoyable. Having said that, I wonder if the Three Wood process results in a whisky that is perhaps a bit too balanced.

I would agree with other comments regarding the shortness of the finish - it is very noticeable. Whilst this is no Lagavulin 16 or Laphroaig 10, I still enjoyed it. 7/10.
