Tasted this at Jim Beam while on the KY Bourbon trail. The nose was so nice it was almost a shame to drink it.

Tried this at new world bistro, really liked it but is overpriced. I wonder if I would like just a glass of limestone water? Loved the minerality of this.

Its reputation for burn is well-earned, but it has an unexpected sweetness that offsets the burn in a really interesting way. Adding ice certainly mellowed out the alcohol but made the sweetness really jump out front.

Generally did not care for this. Nose was decent but mouth feel was thin and there was not a lot of flavor. Problem was made worse with ice.
