Sophisticated whiskey. It has a very nice light coffee nose. Very smooth super light spice but still flavorful

Nice vanilla smell and medium legs. Carmel taste but a little astringent burn. I have enjoyed 1792 before but this isn't thier best.

Neat. A sweet spicy nose. On first sip you first notice a light sour apple then a little banana. It has a tang in the after. I don't know if its the cask or the pot still but its there. It numbs my tongue.
