Straightforward, not very complex, but very good

Single barrel selected by Eureka! whiskey club. Not incredibly complex, but very interesting flavours jump out at you including baking spice and ginger. Not an overpowering rye influence. Incredible walnut finish that stays on the palate for minutes. Very sweet and very easy to drink.

Good, but frankly on par with Eagle Rare 10 but at a higher price point. Great marketing…

Tasty, sweet, drinkable, almost creamy. But not worth over $40.

Truly an experience for the senses. The high proof is noticeable, but the spirit is not boozy and retains a very full flavour profile with the special characteristic of bacon.
