Tastes

First sips are overly bitter. Richer in spices toward the end. Could be smoother.

Love the viscosity but unfortunately too one dimensional.

Not really fair to rate this against other spirits since it’s so heavily adjuncted but the recipe is so complex and solid. Warm flavors with a subtle sweetness. Just really well done.

Posting this late but I remember this being a standardly good amaro. Just a bit hot.
