Age & grain composition cannot be guaranteed & that means in certain jurisdictions it can’t even be called “Whiskey.” It has a delicate birth with notes of dried fruit, grain, mint & overripe peach; while a spicy life adds notes of sandalwood, baking spices, pepper & a hint of butterscotch; that leads to a tingling & brisk death with notes of corn & rye. A balanced, American Whiskey from Bluff Park, Alabama crafted with a mash bill of 75% sweet corn, 21% rye & 4% malted barley; finished with varying American toasted oak & chard French oak chips; then bottled at 90 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood, earth & spice; while a balanced life adds notes of sweet corn, maple syrup & clove; that led to a quick & woody death with notes of oak, vanilla & smoke.
