    It’s the amaro version of Campari. Mouthfeel is a little thicker and has the subtlest hints of bitter chocolate. Works great as a Campari substitute in a negroni (call it a Sin - Cyn).

    The palate has a little bit too much of the sweet baked apple flavors for me. Not as woody and astringent has I expect from rye whiskeys. Probably good in cocktails, but not one that I will reach for to drink neat.

    Like the blanca, this Lunazul tequila is a flavorful bargain price tequila without too much of an ethanol burn and no bad aftertaste. The reposado has lots of pepper and grassy agave to it. Thinner than midshelf tequila, but great as a mixer and not bad straight. I’d choose this over 1800.

    Nice bargain price 100% agave tequila. Lots of grassy agave scent on the nose. Ethanol bite not too strong. Citrusy and not too peppery on the palate. Not too thin. Could work as a cheap sipper or a mixer. Not bad at all!

    I definitely got the apple notes on the palate, but it did not come across as sweet to me. Also, just the faintest hints of peat and smoke. Finish is nice and woody. An OK whiskey, but a bit too thin and unimpressive to justify the price tag for me.

    If you need a cognac-based orange liqueur, there is no substitute for Grand Marnier. All the other knockoffs are saccharine seeet, while GM has a deeper, richer tone to it. My favorite way to drink is with lemon juice and a little chilled water for a lovely sidecar variation.

    Nice bitter herbal liqueur. Ordered online because they did not carry it locally. Not a huge fan of drinking it alone over ice, but makes an excellent white negroni. The original negroni is one of my favorite drinks of all time, and the white negroni is not far behind. Looking forward to experimenting with it more in cocktails.

    Tried neat and with club soda. Cucumber flavor seems overripe and overwhelms the mint. Ethanol burn is very mild, but the flavors are too much for me.

    Normally pick up Juniper-heavy London drys, but this was on sale and in a cool bottle. Very drinkable. Lots of bright citrus and coriander. A good change of pace; I’m ready to start experimenting with it in cocktails.
