Fabulous balance throughout the entire sip and swallow. On par with Redbreast 12 and 15 for me. Far smoother on the finish, thought more mellow on the nose with oak and slight tannins.

Wonderful berry and almond nose, slight licorice and caramel on tongue. A substantial heat rising up on the swallow. But wants you to come back for more.

Smooth delivery of toffee, toasted oak, vanilla, and red fruit. Slight bite in the end, mellowed by sarsaparilla notes.
