Japanese whisky is great overall, however Hibiki brings this generalization to a whole new level. Great flavors, and aftertaste. This is so smooth to drink meat and over rocks that there is no excuse not to have it in your shelf. If you manage to find this bottle, please do yourself a favor an grab one. this is quite a hidden gem! drink it straight or mix it in cocktails, it performs great. while a bit limited and difficult to find, this is a no brainer for those who are interested in trying their first Japanese whisky.
